Meet your Instructor

Jarrel Agcaoili


  • Jarrel Keane Agcaoili, also known as Coach Jah, is an educator, trainer, and an author who aspires to help people transform their lives through achieving personal fitness and health goals. He has been teaching sports, fitness, and health for the past 7 years in an academic and freelance setting.


  • He also authored the Health-Optimizing Physical Education for Senior High School, an educational material for Filipino PE and Health Teachers that serves as a reference for SHS PE. Together with a team of teachers, he also co-authored an international research publication about bird watching as a recreational activity for mental health. Coach Jah is also inclined towards mentorship activities particularly in research related to Sports and Exercise Science.


  • With only his knowledge and passion in teaching and mentoring, he founded The Shred Code Fitness last March 2020 and wrote a digital book that educates people about the essentials of training and nutrition, and how to create a simple fitness program that will allow people to transform not only their bodies, but also their lives.


  • He is currently on a mission of building a community of people, who are enthusiastic in learning how to achieve transformation goals that will boost one’s total well-being and give a better quality of life.

    On the day of your Live Learning Series, click on your dashboard and then your course. This will automatically take you to your course player which will provide you with three options to join the Zoom meeting.

  • Will there be recordings available after the course?

    Yes, recordings will be uploaded within 48 hours after the workshop in your course player. You will have lifetime access to these recordings anytime you want!

  • How do I get my certificate?

    Make sure you are logged in to your Esme account. Access this link: https://www.esme.ph/pages/live-learning-series. In the upper left side of the page, click the button "watch and get certificate" In the list of webinars in the series, click your desired title. Click the "complete and continue" button in every lesson in the webinar until you have completed it 100%. You can now generate your certificate by clicking the button that will pop up once you have completed the course.
