Reden Mark "The Agrillenial" Costales is one of the owners of Costales Nature Farms in Majayjay, Laguna, which he has been managing for the past 10 years.

He graduated from De La Salle University - Dasmarinas with a degree in Business Administration, Major in Agribusiness Management. His specialties revolve around technology transfer, organic agriculture production and business management.
