About our Guest

Martin "Marty" Fenton

Marty Fenton is the Vice President of EC Solutions, which specializes in BPO solutions such as data entry, data processing, medical coding and billing, order processing, accounting, and legal outsourcing. 

He has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Labor Relations from Chapman University, and has completed a Cornell University program on Human Resources Studies and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He had a 19-year stint in the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, serving as a training and recruitment specialist. In 1999, he went to work in the academe as a Higher Education Officer in the human resources department of Hunter College, before becoming an Adjunct Professor in Berkeley College from 2000-2004, where he taught Business, Management, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior classes. 

He was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in FedEx from 2004-2010, and a Senior Human Capital Consultant for HR Dimensions in 2012, before becoming a Senior Learning Consultant for Genashtim Innovative Learning, where he provides guidance to potential and existing customers for the various online educational programs that Genashtim offers. 

In May 2020, he became the Vice President for EC Solutions, a global customer experience specialist.
