Edwardneil Benavidez actively serves as a co-founder/member of MMT or Mindoro Mission Team since 1999 up to present. 

The mission organization focuses on serving the needs and reaching out to the Mangyan Tribes in Occidental Mindoro. 

He also worked as Academic Dean for Religious Education of Bethel Bible College for the Assemblies of God for over 7 years. Aside from the mentioned that he worked on, he also acts as a contributor and co-author at Asian Journal for Pentecostal Studies which he accomplished several studies about religion. 

His noteworthy accomplishments aside from becoming an instructor, guest instructor, trainer, writer, assistant Church Planter and pastor in various churches in Manila, South and Central Luzon and Region 2, he co-authored with Ms Doreen Benavidez the journal titled Truth and Integrity: Considering the Issue of Standard which focused on the verse of Judges 9:7-21 at the Asian Journal for Pentecostal Studies, the year 2010.
