Voltaire Alferez is a recognized executive and advocate in both business and development work with extensive experience in climate change adaptation-disaster risk reduction, sustainable development, organizational development and management, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. He graduated as Valedictorian with a degree in Classical Philosophy in Casiciaco Recoletos Seminary, before taking up his law degree in the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2011. 

He has a proven track record in guiding and growing organizations and cross functional teams in designing,, launching and implementing relevant projects to drive advocacy as well as the resource mobilization needs of the organizations he led. 

He was the National Coordinator for Aksyon Klima Philippines from 2013-2015, until he became the Executive Director and General Manager of Community Crafts Association Of The Philippines, Inc. (CCAP) and CCAP Fairtrade For Development, Inc. (CCAP Fairtrade).
