Jerry Durant is the Chairman and Founder of Clarity Group Global. He has formed nine global startup enterprises, conducted service in 90 nations and supported over 500 clients. 

He holds a PhD in Software Factory/Logistics and Manufacturing from Columbia University, Arizona State University, and the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the New Hampshire Graduate School. 

Utilizing his degrees in software engineering, management and finance he was able to provide unparalleled expertise to meet unusual, challenging and interesting assignments. 

Jerry is recognized as an innovator and leader in advancing improvements in the outsourcing, information technology and business process sectors. His forward thinking has helped to develop companies around the globe. 

He has served as a Board Member to the Global Sourcing Council (NYC), Senior Advisor for Global Outsourcing for the Beijing Association for Software Sourcing (BASS), Boco Soft, and the Outsourcing Institute, editorial board of the Institute of Applications in Academia and Industry (IAAI) and Council Member for China Import-Export Software Magazine.

In 2011, he was named one of  IAOP/Globalization Today’s Top 25 Most Influential Global Outsourcing Leaders and a Rockefeller Foundation Research Fellow in 2012. He was also recently announced as the 2020 World Peace Ambassador by World Peace Tracts (WPT), an internationally recognized community based peace initiative organization.
