Chal Chang Lontoc-del Rosario AKA “Chal Lontoc'' is the Dynamic President and GM of Jeron Travel and a 2019 country winner for ASEAN BAC on SME Excellence and Employee Growth. The company is multi-awarded both in the Philippines and internationally.


She is also a current board member for PIATA and a member of SKAL Manila.


She was honored as a “Young Ambassador for Women Empowerment” under Edukasyon.ph and “investing in young women” by the Australian Embassy.


Chal has been hosting events and mentors for “Go Negosyo” for more than 13 years now.


She dabbles in events, having produced Travelhood, now on its 7th year, and FeelGood MNL, which aims to promote SMSEs and their proudly local and mindful green products.


A proud & self-confessed experience-junkie, she is an advocate of experiential and mindful travel and events, women empowerment, and Entrepreneurship.

    In order to start your Esme journey, you have to sign up for an Esme account first! All of your enrolled, viewed, and previewed courses will be saved in your student dashboard.

  • How do I stream the course?

    On the day of your Live Learning Series, click on your dashboard and then your course. This will automatically take you to your course player which will provide you with three options to join the Zoom meeting.

  • Will there be recordings available after the course?

    Yes, recordings will be uploaded within 48 hours after the workshop in your course player. You will have lifetime access to these recordings anytime you want!

  • How do I get my certificate?

    Make sure you are logged in to your Esme account. Access this link: https://www.esme.ph/pages/live-learning-series. In the upper left side of the page, click the button "watch and get certificate" In the list of webinars in the series, click your desired title. Click the "complete and continue" button in every lesson in the webinar until you have completed it 100%. You can now generate your certificate by clicking the button that will pop up once you have completed the course.
