Juggling Work and Fitness: What can you do?

When you tried so many training programs that didn’t work and even beat the hell out of you,  but still left you without satisfying results, what can you do?. Since the pandemic started a lot of us focused on ourselves, to be healthy and happy. In a webinar entitled The 5 Common Mistakes in Most Fitness and Nutrition Programs: How to Do Things Right with Coach Jah last April 9, he talks about how people will allow themselves to transform without depriving or totally restricting yourself from enjoyment in life. 


“What my learners have achieved so far besides being fitter is their happier” according to Coach Jah, a fitspiration to everyone.  He inspires people to achieve their health goal.  Transformation goals that will boost one’s total well-being and give a better quality of life.

Coach Jah said “When we know better, we do better”. Educating yourselves is a step of knowing your ability and what you can do.


Believing that cardio is the most superior tool for losing fat is outdated. Cardio is used in burning calories, the principle of losing weight is about energy balance. Always look at time and fitness workouts that make you feel comfortable. Some consider that restriction is better than moderation, but it’s not. Believe that there are varied ways of achieving your fitness goal depending on your preference. Choose what you enjoy doing.


Remember that there is no best workout that fits all, but there is a best practice to apply that will make your workout stand out and far more effective than the other. “If you are doing fitness because you hate how your body looks, you’re doing fitness in the wrong way” he said.
