An environment and tourism planner with a background on social entrepreneurship and marketing, Tina Antonio firmly believes that every vacation can be a meaningful experience—not just for the tourists, but for the communities too. 

After graduating from De La Salle University-Manila with bachelor degrees in European Studies and Secondary Education, Tina went on to work for various companies such as Globe Telecom as a marketing specialist. 

But her heart has always been in community-building, and so in 2015, she became the CEO of Urbiztondo Collective, located in Pangasinan, managing the Urbiz Garden Bed &

Breakfast, SIESTA Beach Retreats, and 134 Beachfront Commune. 

In 2016, she founded La Union Soul Movement,  coordinating tourism and environmental  collaborations with the local government and NGOs for the community.  In 2019, she was the event coordinator for surfing events in the SEA Games. In July 2020, she became the director for American Esports. 

Tina is also very active in her advocacies; volunteering in Tweetup Manila and Coastal Underwater Resource Management Actions (CURMA).

She is also the ambassador of La Union Province for Fostering Environmental Development (FEED Inc), chairman of La Union Conventions and Visitors Bureau (LUCVB), and president of San Juan Resort Restaurant Hotel Association

(SJRRHASS).
