Marby Tabungar


Marby Tabungar is a woman of talent and expertise. She is the Chief Design and Innovation Officer of Prevo Design x Innovation, a design and innovation firm specializing in human resource management and development. She is a Learning and Talent Development Strategist, Innovations for Human-centric HR, People and Culture Advocate and also a registered nurse.

Marby has over 14 years of industry experience in public, private and development sectors with specialization in the areas of HR Innovation and Transformation, Learning and Organizational Development, Strategic Talent Management and Development and HR Managed Services. She is undeniably an expert and a legend in the field of management and development.

Tabungar graduated in different universities with different degrees. She got her degree in nursing at Far Eastern University in 2007. She studied Workers Institute on Labor Laws, Labors and Industrial Relations at University of the Philippines in 2014. She also got a degree in Industrial Relations Management, Business at the De La Salle University in 2017.She obtained her Masters in Human Resource Management at Newcastle University in 2019.
